Cancellation and Deposit Policies
Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for any reason up to 1 month prior to arrival.
- 50% refund if cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 month prior to arrival.
- No refund if cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival
- 100% refund for missed days for government mandated closure (COVID) or evacuation due to hurricane.
Deposit Policy:
- 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold a reservation. The remainder 50% is required 1 month prior to arrival.
- 100% required If the booking time is less than 1 month from arrival date.
Security Deposit:
- $300 - $500 hold will be placed on the credit card on the day of arrival. The hold will be automatically released 3 days after departure if no damage.
- Any damage will be deducted from security deposit.
House Rules:
- No Pets allowed. $200 cleaning fee if pets detected.
- No Smoking allowed. $200 cleaning fee if smoke detected.
- No Parties or loud noise. $200 fee if security is called.
- $50 fee for lost key.
