It's ideally located just a few minutes drive to the beach all the attractions. It's on the 2nd floor and requires stairs (no elevator). It features a main bedroom with king size bed and a guest room with 2 single beds.
Walking in you'll find an open floor plan with spacious living room and dining area combo. The kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, microwave, coffee maker, full size stove and refrigerator. Guests have access to pool, and outdoor grill with picnic bench.
This condo is within a few miles of shopping and dining with the outdoor entertainment area of Broadway at the Beach, Shark Wake Park for cable wake boarding and floating obstacle course, the Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing and other numerous restaurants and shopping in any direction.
Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
