My family has been coming to this property at Myrtle Beach to vacation for the past 35 years. We have created many memories with our children, family, and friends. We sat at the pool and dreamed of one day owning our own condo. That dream finally came true in 2012. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
